You might be eligible for an employment-based, first-preference visa if you are an alien of amazing ability, are an outstanding professor job or scientist, or are a certain multinational executive or manager. Each occupational classification has particular requirements that should be satisfied:
Your petitioning company must be a U.S. employer and mean to employ you in a managerial or executive capability. The petitioner should have been doing organization in the U.S. for a minimum of 1 year, as a legal entity with a qualifying relationship to the entity that employed you abroad in a managerial or executive capability.

- Evidence of invoice of lesser nationally or globally acknowledged prizes or awards for quality
- Evidence of your membership in associations in the field which require impressive accomplishment of their members
- Evidence of published material about you in expert or major trade publications or other major media
- Evidence that you have been asked to evaluate the work of others, either separately or job on a panel
- Evidence of your original clinical, scholarly, creative, athletic, or business-related contributions of major significance to the field
- Evidence of your authorship of scholarly posts in expert or significant trade publications or other major media
- Evidence that your work has been shown at artistic exhibitions or showcases
- Evidence of your performance of a leading or vital function in prominent companies
- Evidence that you command a high salary or other substantially high reimbursement in relation to others in the field
- Evidence of your industrial successes in the performing arts
